Fight your fright - focus your emotions, express your creativity
This workshop offers useful tools and good practices for emotional care, to face stage fright and to overcome the stress caused by any public performance.
You will be able to interact, experiment and practice with different breathing techniques; brainstorming and embodiment; fundamentals of yoga and self-perception; stretching and mindful meditation.
I invented the C# SEE SHARP LAB to help you overcome loneliness, anxiety, stage fright, and to express your creativity. The joy of art is a sharing workshop, a gym for emotions and a place where the keywords are: focus, look beyond, observe clearly, welcome mistakes as a source of uncountable opportunities, find the courage to get lost and leave your routine.
After years spent in the backstage of many theaters around the world, I realized that emotional care requires diligent and rigorous study. This training must be added to the one with which we nourish our talent and our abilities every day. Usually, while facing an audience, performing live, discussing a thesis, holding a concert or a speech, acting, participating in the competition, or sustaining an important job interview generates un inevitable psychophysical stress, accompanied by many turbulent emotions.
Fear cannot be completely overcome, but you can certainly deal with it by observing it from every direction, becoming familiar with its symptoms and accepting even its darkest shades.
Initially, I designed this workshop for musicians but then I improved it to help also those who are looking for tools to make the best of any kind of performance.
